Where are your products made?
Every scent in our collection is developed and created by Coast+Salt, and all of our products are made exclusively in our studio in Texas.

How strong are your fragrances?
Fragrance is incredibly subjective, and scent sensitivity varies from person to person, so your experience may differ from someone else’s. We strictly adhere to the IFRA Standards set forth by the International Fragrance Association (the body that determines how much of a particular fragrance ingredient can go into scented products) that promotes the safe use of fragrance for everyone’s enjoyment, and keep up to date with any amendments to this guidance.
In addition, we do not use phthalates in ANY of our formulations.

So, what are phthalates?
Phthalates are chemicals that increase the perceived intensity and longevity in fragrance products. Phthalates known health risks include cancer, human reproductive and developmental toxicity, endocrine disruption, and more. But that’s more than enough reason for us to give phthalates a wide berth. While the fragrance industry as a whole is just now beginning to turn away from using this chemical, too many brands still rely on phthalates to make scents last longer or artificially increase the perceived strength of the fragrance compounds. We find the safer, better option is to reapply your scent throughout the day when you need a fragrance boost, and our Perfume Rollers are perfect to carry with you anywhere.

Do you test on animals?
No we do not.

 

Questions About Your Order:

When will my order ship?
Once an order is submitted, it can take up to three (3) business days to process, pack, and ship orders. All orders are shipped from our studio in Texas. Orders will be shipped to residential and business addresses Monday through Friday, except on major holidays and/or during periods of excessive heat during the summer season. During summer and excessive heat, we will ship only Monday-Wednesday. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

During peak seasons and sale periods (Including ‘Scent of the Month’ product sales) please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information.

 

How do I make changes or cancel my order?At this time, products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. We may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been fulfilled by the time we receive your request, then unfortunately we can no longer cancel the order. 

Can I place a custom order?We do not offer customization at this time, however if you are interested in a bulk order for a private event or corporate gifting, please reach to us via the contact page for more information.

Can I place an order for a gift?We are happy to ship to a gift recipient. Please note the recipient's address on the Shipping page during the checkout process.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?We hope you love your Coast + Salt products, however, we understand that a fragrance may not be the best scent for you. Although we do not accept returns, we are more than happy to exchange an unburned candle for a different fragrance.*

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on Roller Perfumes or any other body/personal care products. We encourage you to purchase our Eau de Parfum Sample Set (coming soon!) before you commit to a full-sized bottle if you are unsure which scent you will like best. Exchanges must be sent back to our studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reach out via the contact page and note your order number and let us know your desired candle fragrance. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.*We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or products purchased from a retail partner.

 

My package was lost/stolen, what do I do?
Once your order has left our studio, and in the care of the carrier Coast+Salt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier and have tracking info on hand. If you need further assistance from us, please reach out via our Contact page.
