Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders placed with Coast+Salt Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are generally processed within three to five (3–5) business days, excluding holidays. For the most current fulfillment times, please refer to our announcement bar on the website, as processing may vary during peak periods or promotional events.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Ground. Due to applicable hazardous material regulations for Eau de Parfum products, air shipping is not available.

Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of $7.95 applies to all orders. Orders with a subtotal of $65.00 or greater are eligible for free standard shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders may only be shipped to residential addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any location that requires air transport for Eau de Parfum products.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout. Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Coast+Salt is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

If tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Coast+Salt is not responsible for packages reported as missing after confirmed delivery.

In the event a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers are encouraged to:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly to request a delivery investigation

Claims of non-receipt for orders confirmed as delivered by USPS or any carrier may be denied. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for orders where delivery has been confirmed.


In the event that an item is damaged in transit or an incorrect item is shipped, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
